Description
York General Hospital, a nationally recognized, award-winning facility, invites you to join our collegial team of 6 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers. Here, you'll practice the full spectrum of rural family medicine across inpatient, outpatient, nursing home, ER, and optional OB, including C-sections - all in a supportive, flexible environment.The Opportunity:
• Customize your scope of practice
• Mix of inpatient, outpatient, nursing home, and OB (optional C-sections)
• Optional ER shifts
• 4.5-day workweek with immediate patient volume
• 1:1 Physician-to-NP ratio
Compensation & Benefits:
• $325K base + wRVUs over $100k
• $100K sign-on package
• Comprehensive benefits: PTO, CME, malpractice, and more
