What You Can Expect
- Lead the creation and expansion of a new Structural Heart Program, with full institutional support to build a high-performing service line from the ground up.
- High procedural volume with experienced support staff and strong referral patterns
- Balanced call schedule that supports both professional satisfaction and quality of life. This role is well-suited for physicians who appreciate a steady rhythm of consults, procedures, and continuity of care.
- Competitive base salary up to $700,000 DOE plus wRVU incentives, high patient demand, and robust procedural volume create a highly lucrative financial opportunity.
- Modern catheterization labs, on site CV surgery, advanced imaging systems, and a comprehensive cardiovascular program designed for efficient, high-quality care.
