What We Offer You

• Guaranteed compensation: $400,000 starting base salary, plus additional production-based incentive potential above the guarantee, depending on experience.
• Sign-on and relocation support: $30,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 relocation assistance.
• Ownership opportunity: Potential ownership from day one or a fast-track pathway after approximately 6 months, with negotiable terms and an option to buy into the office building.
• Established practice and resources: One office with 9 exam rooms, a dedicated lab, ultrasound room, Athenahealth EHR, and participation with 20+ payer networks.
• Flexible schedule and strong support: Current clinic hours are Mon, Tue, Thu 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Wed and Fri 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with flexibility for your preferred schedule; the APP takes first call, and hospitals typically provide first assist, plus nursing, anesthesia, neonatal, and MFM support.

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO.
• OB/GYN physician able to meet licensing, board eligibility or certification, and credentialing requirements.
• U.S. and international medical graduates considered if immigration and work authorization requirements are met.
• Spanish fluency is not required.
