Mercyhealth System in Harvard, Illinois, is currently seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join our excellent team of collaborating providers.

Opportunity:

• Salary Range: $258,000-$315,000
• Build your individual practice as an employed physician with the support of operational leaders and experienced clinical staff
• Join an established team including Family /Internal Medicine Providers, Advanced Practice Providers, Nursing, and Support Staff

Departmental Scope:

• Outpatient-focused Pediatric practice
• Level III Nursery and delivery support at Javon Bea Mercy Hospital
• Strong collaboration with primary care and specialty providers
• Multispecialty integrated care across the Mercyhealth system
• Opportunity to grow patient volume within a well-established practice

Qualifications:

• MD/DO - Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Residency training from an ACGME-accredited Pediatric program
• Strong communication skills and a team-based approach to care
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits:

Mercyhealth offers a highly competitive initial salary guarantee, leading to a production-based model after the first year, along with an outstanding benefits package:

• Salary Range: $258,000-$315,000
