Pediatric Surgeon – Cone Health

Greensboro, NC

Cone Health is seeking a Pediatric Surgeon to join our growing, multidisciplinary team in Greensboro, NC. This is a unique opportunity to lead and expand pediatric surgical services within a supportive, high-quality care environment.

You will provide surgical care for infants, children, and adolescents, working closely with a well-established team to deliver exceptional outcomes across a wide range of pediatric conditions.

Position Highlights:

Dedicated time in Outpatient Surgery Center and Moses Cone inpatient OR
Pediatric anesthesiology and radiology support
Experienced scrub nurses aligned with pediatric cases
4 PICU beds, 18 pediatric beds, and 45-bed NICU
Children’s Emergency Department and Pediatric ER
Multidisciplinary collaboration with pediatric subspecialists (Endocrinology, GI, Genetics, Pulmonology, Surgery)
Strong support staff including dedicated CMA for clinic flow, scheduling, and patient coordination
Access to dietitian and integrated behavioral health
Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Rounding based on hospital acuity
Ronald McDonald Room supporting patient families
