Practice Overview

• Join one of several private practices with experienced teams including OB/GYN, NPs, and RNs
• Choose between joining a solo practitioner looking to retire or a collaborative team environment
• Enjoy a mix of OB and GYN with access to DaVinci robotics, if desired
• Call structure currently at 1:10, promoting work-life balance

Schedule

• Full-time position with flexible call options, allowing for personal and professional balance
• Call is shared among the team, with 3-day rotations
• Weekend call compensates separately, offering additional income opportunities
• Potential to focus on either OB or GYN cases if preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $375,000 - $400,000
• Generous signing bonus of $50,000
• Comprehensive malpractice coverage, including tail insurance
• Potential for partnership and ownership in practice

Candidate Requirements

• BC/BE Obstetrics and Gynecology MD/DO; open to new grads
• Willing to consider J-1/H-1b candidates
• Comfort with both obstetrics and gynecology preferred
• Interest in private practice ownership and succession planning is a plus
• Robotics experience is beneficial but not required
