We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a respected, growing nephrology practice based in Olympia, WA. What You'll Do:

• Provide care for nephrology patients in outpatient clinics, dialysis centers, and hospital settings
• Work collaboratively with nephrologists and fellow APPs
• Assist with inpatient consults and follow-up care
• Participate in a supportive, team-based schedule with physician backup
• Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on quality outcomes
