Description
About Us
Since 1976, Georgia Nephrology has set the standard of care for patients with kidney disease in Atlanta and its suburbs. As the largest nephrology practice in Georgia, our team of highly respected and dedicated nephrologists demonstrates compassion and commitment to quality in the care of our patients and the support of our staff.
In addition to our clinical excellence, Georgia Nephrology actively participates in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) Comprehensive Kidney Care Contracting (CKCC) program, a national value-based care initiative under CMS. Georgia Nephrology leads in value-based metrics in our CKCC model. Our physicians work collaboratively with care navigators, dialysis centers, and hospitals to improve outcomes, enhance care coordination, reduce hospitalizations, and deliver personalized, high-quality kidney care for patients across all stages of chronic kidney disease.
Our team includes 19 board-certified nephrologists, 11 nurse practitioners, a robust clinical research division, and an on-site infusion center. We proudly practice in 10 CKD clinic locations and provide care in 33 dialysis units across both DaVita and Fresenius facilities.
Our physicians are actively involved in rounding at nine medical centers across three major hospital systems: Emory, Piedmont, and Northside.
Like our medical staff, the patients we serve are diverse. Our Gwinnett County and North Fulton geography includes well-established Korean communities, for which we seek a bilingual (English/Korean) Nephrologist to join our dynamic and compassionate team.
