At The Hearing & Speech Center, we’re looking for a dependable and friendly Client Care Coordinator to help us carry out our mission: To improve the lives of people with varied hearing and speech abilities through treatment and education.
Your work here isn’t just administrative – it’s part of something bigger. You’ll help create a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience for families navigating communication challenges, from their very first phone call to the day they walk through the door.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact for patients – welcoming them warmly, scheduling appointments, managing paperwork, and ensuring their visit goes smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out
- Handling patient intake and scheduling appointments
- Verifying insurance and understanding third-party benefits
- Collecting and entering payments
- Providing information about our services with a warm, professional attitude

Requirements
