We are actively growing into a referral specialty hospital, with plans to add Internal Medicine, Neurology, and Critical Care.

The Medical Director at Cladda provides clinical leadership and medical oversight while remaining an active emergency clinician. Working closely with hospital and LVT leadership, this role ensures high standards of patient care, supports clinician growth, and helps guide the hospital’s evolution toward specialty care. The Medical Director sets the tone for collaborative, evidence-based, and people-first medicine.

Key Focus Areas

Establish and uphold medical standards for emergency and critical care
Mentor and support Emergency Associate Veterinarians
Foster strong collaboration between doctors, technicians, and leadership
Ensure medical quality, compliance, and patient safety
Provide medical insight into strategic growth, services, and equipment

3 DVMs with diverse ER experience
Boarded Surgeon, Rehab and Acupuncturist
34 total staff members, including 7 LVT's and 3 LVT's in Management
Strong DVM-to-tech ratio: 1-2 LVT's:1 DVM + 2-3 Assistants:1 DVM
Leadership: Our Hospital Manager, a Licensed Veterinary Technician with 24 years of veterinary experience (10 in ER), fosters a collaborative, respectful, open-door environment.
