We are a growing integrative medical practice combining chiropractic, medical evaluation, personal injury care, rehabilitation, regenerative medicine, IV therapy, and longevity services.

We are looking for a motivated, clinically strong, growth-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding medical division.

Personal injury medical evaluations
Regenerative medicine (PRP, advanced injection therapies)
IV therapy & NAD+
Weight management programs
Advanced musculoskeletal care
Longevity & executive physical programs
Collaborative care with DCs, rehab therapists, and medical providers

Requirements

The Nurse Practitioner will:

Perform medical evaluations (PI and cash patients)
Develop and implement treatment plans
Order and interpret imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray)
Manage medications when appropriate
Collaborate with chiropractic and rehab team
Perform injection therapies (training available if needed)
Participate in regenerative & longevity programs
Document thoroughly in EMR
Contribute to patient education and outcomes
