A West Texas critical-access hospital is seeking a Family Medicine physician to provide compassionate and high-quality care to their friendly, close-knit community. THE OPPORTUNITY:

• $325,000 guaranteed base salary + wRVU incentive bonus. $400k+ proven income potential.
• Total recruitment package exceeding $30,000.
• 4-day workweek with a half-day for administrative work.
