Position Highlights
• 4 day workweek
• 16-18 patients per day
• No call
• Visiting specialists available to support the FM team

Compensation & Benefits
• Two year guaranteed salary $325K+
• $100K sign on bonus

• 4 weeks of vacation
• 2 weeks of CME
