Saratoga Hospital Center for Breast Care is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and fellowship-trained breast surgeon to join our well-respected program. Our team is committed exclusively to the care of patients with benign and malignant breast disease. Priority consideration will be given to breast surgeons with a reputation and references focusing on quality patient-centered care and respect for collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Be part of a growing team with two fellowship-trained breast surgeons, three advanced practice providers, nurse navigators and a strong clinical and administrative support staff. A plastic surgeon on-site allows for a full range of onco-plastic and reconstruction options for our patients. There is an emphasis on patient education and support from initial diagnosis through to our robust survivorship program.
Our practice is part of Saratoga Hospital’s Commission on Cancer accredited Comprehensive Community Cancer Program. A well-attended bi-weekly Breast Conference is offered, alternating with a bi-weekly Tumor Board which facilitates collaboration between hematology/oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, surgery, palliative care, primary care, nursing and social work. Additional services include a breast cancer support group, medical nutrition therapy, lymphedema therapy and breast surgery rehabilitation.
Located on the Saratoga Hospital’s Wilton campus (Wilton Medical Arts), the Center for Breast Care is adjacent to the Breast Imaging Center of Excellence which includes full-field digital mammography with tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, SOFIA automated whole breast screening ultrasound, and 3T breast MRI. Also at this location is a full-service laboratory, medical imaging, and PET/CT. Full-service radiology support is offered for image-guided breast biopsies (stereotactic, ultrasound, and MRI guided), ductograms, and localization.
