Obstetrics and Gynecology Opportunity in Illinois

Join a highly regarded OB/GYN team delivering comprehensive women's health care at a leading facility in Illinois. This opportunity offers exceptional flexibility, whether you're seeking a balanced OB/GYN role, an OB-dominant practice, an OB Hospitalist position, or limited in-house call coverage (as few as seven days per month).

Practice Overview

• Join a team of 7 General OB/GYNs, 6 OB Hospitalists, 12 Midwives, and 8 Advanced Practice Providers
• Collaborate with a full spectrum of support services, including 24/7 MFM and Neonatology coverage
• Engage in a practice focusing on OB-specific services within an established multi-specialty group
• Work alongside experienced leaders in an evolving practice environment

Schedule

• 24-hour in-house call coverage, with 4 shifts per month
• Average 4-5 clinic days weekly, including dedicated OR time
• Flexible start times for clinic, offering a balance of patient-facing and procedural time
• Post-call days off for enhanced work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $525,000 plus wRVU bonuses
• $75,000 Sign-on bonus
• Total earnings expected over $575k

Candidate Requirements

• BE/BC in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Comfortable with high-risk obstetrics and a variety of GYN procedures
• Interest in participating in residency education and academic activities
• Flexibility to adapt practice focus based on patient and community needs
